I don’t know where to start. Buying a home is one of the most stressful events in one’s life. We have bought and sold a few homes in our moves. From the moment Bill was by our side during this whole transaction, we felt a reassurance we hadn’t experienced before. It went so smoothly it was actually a pleasurable experience. Too bad that is the exception not the norm. How refreshing was it to have Bill as our teammate during this transaction. Bill was always communicative, responsive, knowledgable, and just a great person to know. We called and messaged a bunch but Bill was not deterred. He answered our numerous questions pretty much anytime and calmed our nerves. If you’re buying or selling it would a mistake to attempt it without Bill. We have moved over 350 miles to get here but couldn’t have done it with as much ease as we had with Bill on our team.
